UPDATED AUGUST 9th, 2022: To reflect an insert of a bulleted paragraph near the end of the post

Amongst the self-admired stereotypes, narcissism is a personality defect in the inability to self-reflect and go home and think about what they have done. Like how the teachers at Seacoast Learning Collaborative in Brentwood, New Hampshire would murder my soul on a daily basis, and go home and wash their hands like nothing ever happened; or when they would children, kiss their kids to sleep and not realize they were stone cold :  (because if they were a man, they’d be an asshole.)

I feel this is a major crisis that will not end and the harsh reality will be exposed at the worst timing.

There is several types of narcissism that is intolerable to the most dangerous. The Man-O-Festo was the basis of this discovery in the last 3 years…

• Communal Narcissists: While this would cause high anger in say 2012, this is a minor infraction in 2022. These would be the early 20somethings that are finding themselves, but not realizing vulnerable citizens they are working with need stability (paraprofessionals or DSPs.)
• Covert Narcissists: Covert narcissists have signatures of Borderline Personality Disorder or BPD… not to be confused with say the Boston Police Department!. Coverts act more like a victim, but from my expierence, these people are not only arrogant of what they don’t know such as adult autism as an example, they come off as defensive, deflective, victim-shifting, and extremely manipulative. (Remember “let’s make this young man have girly manners“.) While it’s probably inappropriate to call a teacher or manager out for inappropriate treatment, coverts do not like criticism of any type, even if the autistic attempts to course-correct as constructive criticism.
• Malignant Narcissists: These people are dangerous. Not only are they passive/agressive, not only are they going to Bissell you into compliance. Not only are they going to throw you under the bus for a minor infraction. I call malignant narcissists the opposite of a Good Samaritan, someone who does a kind act with not attempt to harm with nothing to expect in return. It’s actually the polar opposite, they’ll do something that is seriously bad, out of malicious nature, with the attempt they’ll be rewarded with a bonus, or something of that nature, even if causes harm to the victim. Worse case this can extend for excusing really nefarious behavior.

This ain’t gonna change. Narcs have a lot of power, without much responsibility. It’s a dangerous pyramid scheme.  Our society is extremely corrupt and it’s at no place to recover. This pyramid scheme, is really bad, and it’s not a patriarchy per se but a matriarchy of…

• State Government: The New Hampshire Bureau of Developmental Services (people 0 to 3; 21 to death) is an agency that receives a lot of Medicaid funding with an operation less than 20 people! These people are extremely old, past menopause and have been-in-there for way too long. They are so cocky that if a man was to do the same thing, they’d be considered to be an asshole. They sit on top of an ivory tower, and we are expected to obey these ladies with dried up eggs!
• Agency/Day Programs: As a result, by the “leadership” of the state government; the programs and area agencies take the sick lead. But what happens on a more local level, the ladies want to get into power and want to make a name for theirselves by using other people as stepping stones (extremely narcissistic) for those to be stepped on. Similiar things are happening at the day programs too. All about status for the woman to make a name for herself ( or man to make a name for himself.)
• Community (non “System” agencies), They follow the lead from the school districts, and state agencies because what the people in Concord are doing are the “standard”, arrogant, higher than thou immune from being questioned by both the press and the general public. They can do all wrong morally and ethically, except for sexual exploitation.

The New Hampshire system for disabled people had been ruined by narcissists. I hope there is a special place in hell for them!
