CNBC reports Byron Allen, owner of the Allen Media Group is partnering with a big bank to sell his 28 stations to unload debt. Allen Media Group had previously announced laying off meteorologists at it’s local stations, and it’s recommendation was to tune to his sister cable network, The Weather Channel.
