Not from my database, but even with text documents, I put dates on the filename for protection of the narrative’s integrity. This is classic narcissist’s way of sucking you into a situation without consent.
At aprox 12:05 while I was waiting for my mother to pick me up, Jackass had wanted to meet with me for an impromptu meeting in his office. This was unusual in the sense and came in cautiously. I figured this was not going to be a standard follow up meeting. I remained standing throughout this time as [2nd in line manager] was in the background on his notebook PC.
He started to ask the question “What is it you want with your day services?”
I responded “Well I want to feel valued from within…that it requires the right resources (qualified people, expectations) etc. to move forward. That my biggest challenges is not being able to be independent”
“you don’t have to be politically correct” “well I am going to challenge you”
[Gaslight #1] “well if you want to have independence, you can’t be complaining that your transports is not at ‘8:30 on the button”
<when did this happen?>
“It was on Monday.” <who said that?>
“I heard from staff, the vibe they got.” <Well I don’t recall that, was this documented?>
Why do you document stuff?” <Because I document everything like this
“why” < to prevent he/she said>
<I’ve been challenged since I was *this tall* so when I feel attacked, of course I’m going to defend>
“that’s good!”
I was unable to answer the original question of which he wanted to change. And I was unable to end the meeting till 12:25 of when he said “I believe in you!”. Gave the thumbs up signal as I was needed to be in East Manchester by 1:00. I said I’d follow up with a preliminary plan by Monday.
However by Friday morning, this writer developed a mild cold where I was going to be unable to plan for the proposed plan.
