Lastly, I want to say it was very apparent today that you clearly don’t want to be involved with me anymore; no need to explain or justify any longer. You’re “Bye Steven” came off as snippy, and rude not by this individual, others had witnessed it. It was clear you weren’t talking about a very critical subject. I’ve given you respect for the last 2 years with not expecting it in return. And I have allowed this to go on for too long. I am extremely hurt, and it’s the first time since I had made the formal request to fade out. I’d rather have it cut to black now. I’ve repaired relationships with other admins and managers long ago, and sadly I think ours will be challenging for a very long time.

I had a really rough Christmas break thank you, and you were in earshot of the details when I was talking to Alex at the table. You knew I was not myself, yet you can seem to talk to others (that are non verbal) today and check in on them, if they are happy/had other emotions.

I don’t have time to speculate on what occurred with you in the last year. Something had changed professionally and sadly it’s with great regret that I misplaced your respect professionally.

As of now, I will not be attending any programs on Mondays till things get resolved in the meeting on January 13th.
