Rick Santorum’s and the GOP’s Medical Emergency

Ex Senator Rick Santorum is at it again. Suffering with yet another foot to mouth disease, he went on CNN’s State of the Union, the day after the March for Our Lives, the arrogant Republican from suggested the young people “take a CPR class” instead “looking to someone else to solve their problems.”

It’s widely assumed on social media he was referring to cardiopulmonary recusication, and not something like the tagline of the NYPD for Community, Professionalism and Respect.  This is the same nitwit who compared many years ago to same sex marriage as “man-on-dog-sex” and a boatload of other stupid statements.

The irony is that this looser is stuck in the 1980s when barely a fraction of people other than first responders, and medical professionals that were trained in such and in some districts, it’s a required lesson. In fact, there is probably more youngsters taught then he wants to believe.

The other irony is if there is a mass casualty attack from assault weapons, CPR won’t save them. Also, some recommend not to preform CPR in a mass causality event, because it could be insensitive to save one, but delay another. Maybe he forgets, that living in a civilian life, that you don’t pound on someones chest for revival if anyone goes down – like I dunno the military? Or at least that’s what I see on TV shows when anyone gets shot out there on the front lines, go to right to compressions, even if they barely have a pulse. Because in the military, CPR will save lives!

The GOP will most likely need to take their own political CPR and AED course to try to not only pound in the elephant in the chest, but to shock the poor ol SOB by November. I am extremely disappointed at the GOP for every foot and mouth disease they have been exposed to in the last couple of years. And the Presidant for continued non compliance to compliance rules for open government. You know how small family businesses like to cover up their wrongdoings. The Grumpy Old Men clique don’t realize what’s in the Gen Z’s mind. They totally write them off worse than millennials. They assume they are all exposed to an extremely leftist agenda (while some of that is true) what happened in February traumatized these people and hit a nerve. Did the Man on Dog Sex dude forgot what these victims went on FaceTime with the cable channels and express their feelings, that is pretty serious unlike the election a couple years ago?

This was a real tragedy. They do not like assault weapons and they do not need to be instructed on what to do if they already know to save ones life, but not one in an atrocious way.

While I strongly believe in people kill people and not guns, Saturday’s demonstration showed a peaceful demonstration unlike other liberal groups, like Black Lives Matter, or the Travon Martin or the St Louis brohaha a few years back. I didn’t read any headlines of theft, looting or destruction of property. While you may not agree with their politics, their approach was radically different than what we have witnessed in the last five years.

But Santorum is desperate for help, and he doesn’t know how to save his own political life. So he goes into Ann Coulter mode, by dismissing a group of people he doesn’t care to understand because he’s a rigid, hard right a-hole, and as a result, talks from an Ivory tower. If anything if there is a male Ann Coulter, it’s Rick Santorum. And he politically choked again on Sunday.

It’s too bad that Rick Santorum had to be a donkey to make  a statement because, I thought the March on Saturday, while I didn’t agree with them politically, felt they were expressing their right to speak, and do it in a much more civil matter. This post is longer thanks to him.

If Santorum and his followers keep it up, this is the death of the GOP. They’ll fall dead and haven no one to save them. It was their doing, because their style is to not have any sympathy for people they do not agree with.
