Candice Owens, is one of the many younger conservative voices that isn’t your grandfather’s William F. Buckley, but a darker skinned female variant of Morton Downey Jr. Raw, and disgusting ideas is how I would characterize Candy.
A recent video features her at a talk trashing feminists, that apparently all feminists look like men and went on full attack on hair colors, etc. But not all feminists are like that, remember the one that allegedly “loves men” from an episode from The Zoo last year? There was a lot of rhetoric and she went so far to refer to a Netflix documentary on the second World War, a film where they added color to a black and white film, which is so unethical if you asked me. Owens went so far to call these legal adults “boys”, when mentioned their alleged aged. And she went so far to attack younger men as “skinny” implying they have no muscle or weight.
The comments were even more disturbing. One wrote
” I drive over 100,000 miles a year. I passed a couple with a flat tire yesterday. The gentleman was talking on his phone and the young lady was actually changing the tire. I couldn’t believe it. I wouldn’t even let my wife get dirty. That is my job. That is respect. Maybe I am wrong.”
“Trucker John” is so wrong. Who said it should be a man that gets “dirty”? How in the hell is that “respect”, by telling a woman what she can or cannot do. Why does she have to always ask and not just do? This type of comment goes back centuries when women were literally legal objects for the men, to have power and manipulation.
But back to Candy, the the Type-A/hustler type. She went so far to say that men that are showing their feelings was almost in her logic a bad thing. Masculinity of any gender without guardrails leads into really crazy batshit stuff like the shootings over the last weekend. Candy thinks that men shouldn’t express emotions, the problem is if you think that, then what happens when anger, is stored, and stored like a high voltage capacitor – you don’t think they’ll corrode and explode? Someone with 8th grade intelligence would know this would be crazy. Seems like Candy has not been informed about Emotional Intelligence or EQ but what do you expect of her?
MEN SUCK. MEN ARE CHILD MOLESTERS. RAPIST. GIRLFRIEND BEATERS. MEN DON’T LISTEN. MEN ARE NOT DETAIL-ORIENTED. MEN HAVE SIMPLE BRAINS, THEY LOVE TO ATTACK, DEFAME AND SAY RANDOM SHIT. MEN ARE STATUES AND WHEN SOMEONE IS IN PAIN, BEING A HUMAN STONE IS JUST INHUMAINE!
I have hated men AS A MAN as long as I can remember, and for this simplistic, submissive, obedient to the man she married to, is so alarming.
Conservatism is not about responsibility, or fiscal discipline, or the whip to the moderate people in the Democratic party, not respecting science and technology. It’s been reduced to extreme interpretations of theology, exploiting civil rights as the reason for the economic situation and feeling entitled because they lean right, that in this country, our country was founded with the expectation to share ideas that may be opposite to some. The logic Candy was preaching is something from 200 B.C. not 2022 A.D.
The logic is the “Strong-man”. The obese or muscular, tall, man that in theory that will act as their rescuer, instead of just surviving. It’s childish, it’s primitive, it’s entry-level logic. Personal-beliefs that are not shared by common agreement or by science is not protected by our Constitution, but apparently to this extreme right, they think they are in the right part of history.
Masculinity can’t be fixed overnight, and on the other side, “accountability” is being used a punishment mechanism. We can’t have men be just bodies, but women can’t just be units and property, cause if Candy believes in her own B.S., then there really is a one-gender society because women are just toys that happen to reproduce like humans do.
This is so beyond cringe.
